- Lead design team for a shipment management tool for air cargos at GMR airport Optimized the process of cargo handling and associated documents management for multiple users across different stages of cargo movement.
- SPOC and data designer for supply chain dashboards for "Johnson & Johnson" Created data visualisations to analyse the various costs incurred in delivering products and after sale services. Worked closely with the supply chain team to design dashboards and reports that provided valuable insights
- Redesigned a no-code app creation platform called "Klera" Successfully expanded reach of customized product by transforming it into a SAAS solution. Enhanced overall experience of app creation through self-serving models, simplified resource management, and new design system.
- Designed the first mobile app for "Deccan Herald" newspaper Successfully placed the product in the market and delivered unique news reading experience through introduction of research-backed features.

- Cofounded "Varta", a platform to sensitize the parents/guardian/sibling of an IDD person on sex education. Created MVP for the platform guided by research insights and industry experts, itended to educate the audience through learning modules, comics and referenced resources.
- Designed, organized and Mentored in a course to educate Post grad design students about industry design methods and to prepare their portfolios. The 15-day student driven course was well received by the students, and as a result, three of them were able to secure positions in the design industry. In addition, the course sparked a new culture of knowledge-sharing among the students, with many of them taking it upon themselves to pass on the lessons they learned to later new comers.
- Worked as project manager and UX Researcher to investigate the rapid drop in user registration for a health app "Happily Health" Overall project management, from lead conversion to final delivery including work contracts. Successfully delivered the investigation reports within promised time, with total client satisfaction.
